This is really a trial and error thing. You can choose to experiment with red strawberries and start from there. I know that foam is expensive blush, but experimentation is really the best.

An apricot or peach usual large neutral starting point for most skin tones. If it is too bright, you can mix it with a lipstick or a dark red color of the even more dramatic. If it is too dark, you can mix a little moisturizer to be more subtle.
